The Compliment Receptacle

A certified vessel for compliments too polite to say out loud.

What We Do

The Compliment Receptacle accepts a single unspoken compliment per deposit — a kind thought you had about someone but never said aloud — and stores it permanently in its internal chamber, where it will remain, unread and unspoken, forever.

Each deposit is logged, sealed, and never referenced again. The Receptacle does not know who the compliment was for. It does not want to know.

Methodology

Deposits are counted, not read. The Bureau of Unspoken Gratitude does not audit compliments for sincerity, specificity, or grammar. A compliment deposited in bad faith is filed identically to one deposited in good faith.

The chamber's capacity is, and will remain, infinite. This is not a design goal. It is simply a fact no one has found a way around.

Confidentiality Policy

No compliment is ever disclosed, forwarded, or delivered to its intended recipient. This is by design. The Receptacle exists so you don't have to say it — not so someone else can hear it.

Legal

The Compliment Receptacle is provided for entertainment purposes only. Deposited compliments carry no legal, emotional, or interpersonal weight, and cannot be withdrawn once filed.
